When bodywork becomes a “conversation” between our nervous system & connective tissue, the restrictions and adhesions of the musculature and the mind are able to release from chronic holding patterns caused by the activities and stressors of daily living, acute pain and/or long term dysfunction and unwellness.

This can promote emotional liberation as well.
